- 2 / 5By Audrey BredthauerI called in a pick up order of pizza bites and cheese bread. When I went to pick it up the order was wrong. The person working said that I had ordered cheesy potatoe bites. I said that I didn't, he said yes you did. I then said I will wait for cheese bread. He said no you ordered cheesy potato bites. I told him I had no problem waiting. He then said that I didn't order that over the phone. That's when I said nevermind and left. Guess I will be ordering from the Iowa Falls' Casey's from now on. Not very good customer service.April 27, 2017
